No Byldya Accounts Required
Byldya applications do not require Byldya.com accounts. You agree to:
- keep your device, app data, exports, and backups secure
- avoid submitting personal information through nutrition photo-capture features
- review any information before you choose to share it with support or third-party services
- contact us if you believe you accidentally sent personal information to Byldya
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our apps are owned by Byldya and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written permission.
User-Controlled Content and Nutrition Contributions
You retain ownership of records you create in our apps. Byldya does not require Byldya.com accounts and does not store personal app records on Byldya.com for normal app use. Jornal nutrition photo capture may send non-personal product or nutrition information to Open Food Facts and may also store non-personal product or nutrition information with Byldya to improve nutrition data.
Disclaimer
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use our services at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Byldya will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our apps, if any.

Termination
